Reminder! If you have not yet picked up cookie dough orders, please call Robin in the main office to schedule a pick up time for today or tomorrow. Also, we received a message over the weekend from the cookie dough distributor apologizing and explaining that the manufacturer subbed out certain products without making the school aware. They ran out of materials to complete our school's order as we submitted it and they had to swap out some pre-portioned orders to tubs and possibly vice versa depending on the flavor. This should explain why some folks received incorrect orders. Apologies, once again for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for understanding this was outside of the school's control.
The cookie dough is here!!! Parents may pick up cookie dough from 12:30-3:30 today. If you cannot come today, please call Ms. Robin in our office on Tuesday to schedule a time for pick up for next week. Again, please accept our apology for any inconvenience this delay has caused. We have just received a call that cookie dough is on its way to WES!!! It should arrive this morning. As soon as the truck is unloaded, we will send another message and let you know what time you can come today and pick up your orders. Today we will have K-5 Spring Parties sponsored by our PTO homeroom parents. The two pre-approved homeroom parents will be invited to sign in at 1:30 at the main office. As a reminder we will not be able to permit early sign outs for any students after the party ends at 2:30. We will have normal dismissal procedures for all students at normal dismissal time. Thank you to our parents for this fun filled afternoon!
Also quick reminder that the Christmas Luncheon that was rescheduled several times due to snow has been rescheduled again for Friday, April 10. Though the theme has changed from Christmas to Spring, Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and Mr Hall's families will host guests at the times outlined in previous flyers. We will send a reminder of those times after break. Reservations and payment already received will still be honored.

WES Parents: If you choose to park at City National Bank during dismissal, please know that you are also expected to exit the City National lot using the designated exit. Please do not try to exit City National to Radwin Dr. Again, we appreciate our neighbors at City National allowing us to use their lot for dismissal time. Let's respect their traffic requests and follow the exit off of their lot.

Students who usually ride that bus and go to Winfield Baptist will ride bus 205 today. Students who live in Radwin and Woodland Forest will ride bus 224 today. Last week 2nd graders, 4th graders, and students from Mrs. S Cobb and Mr. Clark's classes brought home invitations to the Easter Luncheon. The luncheon is scheduled for Friday, March 20th. Reservations and money are due no later than this Friday, March 13.

We appreciate City National Bank allowing parents to utilize their parking areas during pick up. Let's be courteous neighbors and stay on the pavement, drive slowly and safely, and follow all traffic rules.

This is a reminder that choir will start back this week: Tuesday 3:10-4:10 for fourth grade, and Wednesday 3:10-4:10 for fifth grade. Dismissal is at office doors. Please be ready to scan the QR code. No student will be permitted to attend choir without a signed permission slip. If your child was in choir in the fall, they do not need to bring another permission slip back. Thank you!
