To prepare: pick up registration packet at WES before March 18 & complete before registration day
What to bring: raised seal birth certificate, vaccine records, social security card, 2 proofs of residency with physical address listed, wellness check from doctor, dental check from dentist
Students are required to register at their home school. If you want them to attend a different school, out-of-zone paperwork will need to be completed at the requested school*
